| In order to participate in the
2008 Spearboard
Open, you have two ways to register and complete the waiver. Register & Pay Online: CLICK HERE. Be sure to also print and mail or fax the registration form & waiver CLICK HERE. Payment online does not complete your registration. Visa & Mastercard accepted. Fax line open through Midnight EST on May 15, 2008. You may also bring your printed waiver and registration payment to the Captain's Meeting on May 15, 2008. Important Note: Waivers can now be used for future tournaments.
